The hotel is in a superb location, right in the heart of Medellin and close to downtown. The rooms are truly like the ones depicted in the pictures, with a lovely jacuzzi and a comfortable fan. The service is exceptional, offering room service and helpful tour assistance. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant provides a unique experience. Overall, the hotel is a great value for the price paid.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. The outside hot tub added to the relaxing experience. However, the dining options could be improved, and the price was a bit on the higher side.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was almost like in the pictures, but the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. However, it was kept very clean throughout my stay. The shower being in the middle was an unusual setup.
